　　国电南京自动化股份有限公司（简称：国电南自）是1999年11月18日在上海证券交易所上市的电力系统首家高科技上市公司，被誉为中国电力高科技第一股，公司代码600268，现控股方为中国华电集团。国电南自前身南京电力自动化设备总厂始建于1940年，自新中国成立以来，在电力及自动化领域，创造过多项全国第一。现公司主要从事输变电继电保护、电网自动化、电厂自动化、水电自动化、工业及轨道交通自动化、电力节能环保、水环保工程、土工与大坝等专业领域的技术研究、产品开发、生产销售和工程服务，是国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、十佳（中国）创新型杰出企业、国家电力自动化产业基地骨干企业。2008年公司定向增发成功后，根据华电集团的整体战略，以南自研究院、四大自动化分公司（电网、电厂、水利水电、工业自动化）、南自电气分公司的“1＋4＋1”模式运营，整个产业分布在以国电南自高科技软件园为龙头、以国电南自（江宁）高新科技园、国电南自（浦口）高新科技园为两翼的“一体两翼”规划布局之中，实现了上市公司和南自总厂的一体化整合，整合后的国电南自生产经营更加科学，发展脉络更加清晰，公司步入新的历史发展阶段。

　　

Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. (referred to as SAC hereinafter) is the first high scientific 
and technical enterprise of the state power system publicly listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange, whose
 stock shares are mostly controlled by the China Huadian Corporation.  
The initiator Nanjing Electric Power Automation Equipment General Factory was founded in 1940, 
which had achieved quite a lot of firsts in electric power and automation field since China was
 founded. At present, the company is mainly engaged in the technical research, product development, 
production, sales and engineering service in the fields of power transmission and distribution 
protection, power grid automation, power plant automation, water resource and electricity automation,
 industrial and rail transit automation, electric energy saving and environment protection, water 
environment protection engineering, geotechnical engineering and main dam. The company has won the
 honors of Key High Scientific & Technical Enterprise of State Torch Plan, Top ten (Chinese)
 Outstanding Innovative Enterprises, and Backbone Enterprise of State Power Automation Industrial 
Base. 

SAC has committed and dedicated to supply products, service and substation turn-key projects to fit the changing needs of the power plant, power grid, water resource and utility
 industry.
